पंचकुला म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन ने ई-वेस्ट इकट्ठा करने के लिये अपनाया अनोखा तरीका

पंचकुला म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन ई-वेस्ट को इकट्ठा करने के लिये अनोखा तरीका अपनाया है। प्रशासन ने ई-वेस्ट के बदले कुछ इस्तेमाल की जा सकतने वाली वस्तुओं को देने की योजना बनाई है। इसके लिये कॉर्पोरेशन ई-वेस्ट लाने पर लोगों को ईयरफोन या कंप्यूटर जैसी वस्तुएं देगा। यह फैसला स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को बढ़ावा देने के लिये लिया गया है। स्थानीय लोग भी इस योजना को समर्थन दे रहे हैं। पंचकुला म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन के एक्जेक्यूटिव कमिश्नर जरनैल सिंह ने कहा, 'ई-वेस्ट इकट्ठा करने के लिये हमने 2 कलेक्शन सेंटर तैयार किया है। इसे स्थानीय लोगों का सहयोग भी मिल रहा है।'
