नई दिल्ली प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अगुवाई वाली सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल के पहले मंत्रिपरिषद विस्तार में मंत्री बनने वाले कुल 43 नेताओं में 32 ऐसे चेहरे हैं जो पहली बार केंद्रीय मंत्री की जिम्मेदारी निभाएंगे। ऐसे नेताओं में महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री नारायण राणे, जद (यू) अध्यक्ष आरसीपी सिंह, भाजपा के महामंत्री भूपेंद्र यादव और लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (लोजपा) के पारस गुट के नेता पशुपति कुमार पारस प्रमुख हैं। कभी शिवसेना के बड़े नेता रहे राणे 1999 में करीब नौ महीने तक महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री रहे। बाद में कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए और महाराष्ट्र सरकार में राजस्व मंत्री रहे। साल 2017 में वह भाजपा में शामिल हुए और कुछ समय बाद राज्यसभा सदस्य बने। वह पहली बार केंद्र में मंत्री बने हैं। जद (यू) के अध्यक्ष आरसीपी सिंह भी पहली बार केंद्र में मंत्री बने हैं। राज्यसभा सदस्य अपनी पार्टी के कोटे से केंद्रीय मंत्रिपरिषद में इकलौते सदस्य हैं। पहले भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी रहे सिंह कुछ महीने पहले ही जद(यू) के अध्यक्ष बने थे। भाजपा के कद्दावर नेता और पार्टी की चुनावी रणनीति में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाले भूपेंद्र यादव भी पहली बार केंद्रीय मंत्री बने हैं। वह पेशे से वकील हैं और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के करीबी माने जाते हैं। लोजपा (पारस गुट) के नेता पशुपति पारस भी पहली बार केंद्रीय मंत्रिपरिषद में शामिल हुए हैं। इससे पहले उनके भाई रामविलास पासवान मोदी सरकार में मंत्री थे जिनका पिछले साल निधन हो गया था। भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी रहे अश्विनी वैष्णव भी पहली बार मंत्री बने हैं। वह ओडिशा से राज्यसभा सदस्य हैं। इनके अलावा, एसपी सिंह बघेल, राजीव चंद्रशेखर, शोभा कारंदलाजे, भानू प्रताप सिंह वर्मा, दर्शना जारदोश, मीनाक्षी लेखी, अन्नपूर्णा देवी, कौशल किशोर, बीएल वर्मा, अजय भट्ट, अजय कुमार, चौहान देवूसिंह, भगवंत खूबा, भारती पवार, पंकज चौधरी, शांतनु ठाकुर, मुंजपारा महेंद्रभाई, एल मुरुगन, निशीत प्रमाणिक, ए नारायणस्वामी, कपिल पाटिल, राजकुमार रंजन सिंह, प्रतिमा भौमिक, सुभाष सरकार, भागवत कराड, बिश्वेसर टुडू और जॉन बारला भी पहली बार केंद्रीय मंत्री बने हैं। जिन मंत्रियों ने बुधवार को शपथ ली उनमें डॉक्टर वीरेंद्र कुमार, ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया, सर्वानंद सोनोवाल, किरेन रिजिजू, आरके सिंह, हरदीप पुरी, मनसुख मनडाविया, पुरुषोत्तम रुपाला, जी किशन रेड्डी, अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर और अनुप्रिया पटेल ही ऐसे मंत्री हैं जो पहले भी केंद्रीय मंत्री के दायित्व का निर्वहन कर चुके हैं।
