भारत का चीन को साफ संदेश, लद्दाख में सैनिकों के पूरी तरह से पीछे हटे बिना शांति बहाली संभव नहीं

नई दिल्ली पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ गतिरोध पर भारत ने गुरुवार को कहा कि क्षेत्र में सैनिकों के पीछे हटने की प्रक्रिया अभी पूरी नहीं हुई है तथा सैनिकों के जल्द पीछे हटने से ही सीमावर्ती इलाकों में पूर्ण रूप से शांति बहाली एवं द्विपक्षीय संबंधों में प्रगति सुनिश्चित की जा सकती है । के प्रवक्ता ने डिजिटल माध्यम से आयोजित साप्ताहिक प्रेस वार्ता में यह बात कही । उन्होंने कहा, 'मैं इस बात पर जोर देता हूं कि सैनिकों के पीछे हटने की प्रक्रिया अभी पूरी नहीं हुई है । दोनों पक्षों के बीच इस बात पर अंतरिम सहमति बनी कि वे जमीनी स्तर पर स्थिरता बनाये रखेंगे और किसी नयी घटना से बचेंगे । हमें उम्मीद है कि कोई भी पक्ष ऐसा कोई कदम नहीं उठायेगा, जो इस समझ के अनुरूप नहीं हो ।' उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्वी लद्दाख के इन क्षेत्रों से सैनिकों के जल्द पीछे हटने से ही सीमावर्ती इलाकों में पूर्ण रूप से शांति बहाली एवं द्विपक्षीय संबंधों में प्रगति सुनिश्चित की जा सकती है । उनसे पूर्वी लद्दाख में चीन के साथ गतिरोध से जुड़ी ताजा स्थिति के बारे में पूछा गया था । गौरतलब है कि विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने पूर्वी लद्दाख गतिरोध के संदर्भ में हाल ही में कहा था कि भारत और चीन के संबंध ऐसे चौराहे पर है जिसकी दिशा इस बात पर निर्भर करती है कि क्या पड़ोसी देश सीमा पर शांति बनाये रखने के लिये विभिन्न समझौतों को पालन करता है। वहीं, विदेश मंत्री जयशंकर ने इस वर्ष शुरू की गयी सैनिकों के पीछे हटने की प्रक्रिया के बारे में 30 अप्रैल को अपने चीनी समकक्ष के साथ चर्चा की थी । इस बारे में मंत्रालय ने कहा था कि सैनिकों के पीछे हटने की प्रक्रिया अभी पूरी नहीं हुई है और इसे जल्द पूरा किया जाना चाहिए । भारत और चीन की सेनाओं के बीच पैंगोंग सो इलाके में पिछले वर्ष हिंसक संघर्ष के बाद सीमा गतिरोध उत्पन्न हो गया था। इसके बाद दोनों पक्षों ने हजारों सैनिकों एवं भारी हथियारों की तैनाती की थी। सैन्य एवं राजनयिक स्तर की वार्ता के बाद दोनों पक्षों ने इस वर्ष फरवरी में पैंगोंग सो के उत्तरी और दक्षिणी किनारे से सैनिकों एवं हथियारों को पीछे हटा लिया था। हालांकि, समझा जाता है कि कुछ स्थानों पर सैनिकों के पीछे हटने को लेकर अभी भी गतिरोध बरकरार है ।

केमिकल फैक्ट्री बनी आग का गोला, दमकल टीम ने पाया काबू

उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद के थाना मोदीनगर क्षेत्र के विकास इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया में केमिकल फैक्ट्री में आग लग गई। इस घटना की सूचना के बाद मौके पर फायर ब्रिगेड की टीम पहुंची। इस दौरान मालिक सहित तीन लोग झुलस गए। भीषण आग पर काफी मशक्कत के बाद काबू पा लिया गया है।

जेल भी नहीं महफूज, सुलतानपुर की इस घटना के बाद उठे सवाल

उत्तर प्रदेश के सुलतानपुर में बुधवार को जेल की बैरक में एक बंदी ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। इस घटना के बाद एसपी विपिन मिश्रा ने एसओ अरविंद पांडेय, दारोगा शस्त्रजीत प्रसाद, मुख्य आरक्षी बृजेश कुमार सिंह को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया। इसके साथ ही पहरे पर तैनात होमगार्ड भोलेंद्र के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए जिला कमांडेंट होमगार्ड सुलतानपुर को सूचित किया गया है। पुलिस के मुताबिक मृतक राजेश कोरी जगदीशपुर थाना कुड़वार का रहने वाला था। वह 31 मई को एक युवती को लेकर भाग गया था। इसके बाद युवती को बरामद कर शख्स को कुड़वार थाना लाया गया था।
