गुजरात HC ने 85 साल के बुजुर्ग को दिया DNA टेस्ट का आदेश

गुजरात HC ने 85 साल के बुजुर्ग के DNA टेस्ट का आदेश दिया है। HC का आदेश एक 38 साल के शख्स के दावे के बाद आया है, जिसके मुताबिक वह इस बुजुर्ग का बेटा है। अब DNA टेस्ट के बाद कोर्ट ये फैसला लेगा की वह शख्स बुजुर्ग की संतान है या नहीं। गौरतलब है की बुजुर्ग का नाम इस शख्स के स्कूली सर्टिफिकेट्स और राशन कार्ड आदि में पिता के तौर पर दर्ज है। जबकि, बुजुर्ग पिछले 5 वर्षों से इस दावे को सिरे से खारिज कर रहा है। HC ने केस की सुनवाई के दौरान कहा कि वह अदालत के पास एक लाख रुपये जमा करे। यदि टेस्ट के बाद पता चलता है कि बुजुर्ग ही उसका पिता है तो वह अपने एक लाख रुपये ले जा सकता है और अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ तो यह पैसा बुजुर्ग को मिल जाएगा। कोर्ट ने बुजुर्ग को इस बात की छूट दी है कि अगर वह चाहे तो अदालती आदेश न माने और DNA टेस्ट न कराए, लेकिन ऐसी हालत में कोर्ट यह मान लेगी कि वह युवक बुजुर्ग का ही बेटा है।
