नई दिल्ली अफगानिस्तान पर तालिबान के कब्जे के बाद इस बात की आशंका भी बढ़ रही है कि तालिबानी भारत में गड़बड़ की कोशिश कर सकते हैं, खासकर कश्मीर में। हालांकि सरकारी सूत्रों का कहना है, 'हम अभी तालिबान पर शक नहीं कर रहे हैं। तालिबान ने अलग-अलग बयान में कहा है कि वह कश्मीर में हस्तक्षेप नहीं करेंगे, तो हम यह मान रहे हैं कि वह सही कह रहे हैं। लेकिन अगर तालिबानी गड़बड़ की कोशिश करते हैं तो उनसे निपटने के लिए हम पूरी तरह तैयार हैं।' अफगानिस्तान पर हालात बदलने के बाद क्या लाइन ऑफ कंट्रोल (एलओसी) पर फर्क पड़ेगा? इस पर सरकारी सूत्रों ने कहा कि पहले भी तालिबानी आए थे और दूसरे देश के लोग भी आए थे, वे आएंगे तो हम देखेंगे। अभी उनकी कही बात पर भरोसा कर लेते हैं कि वे हस्तक्षेप नहीं करेंगे। सरकारी सूत्रों ने कहा कि अभी हम देख रहे हैं कि क्या यह 20 साल पहले वाला ही तालिबान है, क्योंकि वे बयान दे रहे हैं कि वह बदल गए हैं। अफगानिस्तान की 20 साल में जो ग्रोथ हुई है क्या वह रिवर्स होगी? अगर तालिबान पहले वाला ही है तो यह वहां के लोगों के लिए भी मुश्किल होगी, खासकर महिलाओं के लिए और साथ ही यह इंटरनैशनल कम्युनिटी और भारत के लिए भी ठीक नहीं है। भारत ने अफगानिस्तान में विकास के कई काम किए हैं। भारत की भावना है कि अफगानिस्तान में भारत की इस तरह विकास की गतिविधियां जारी रहने देना चाहिए। दरअसल, 15 अगस्त को तालिबान ने अफगानिस्तान की राजधानी काबुल पर भी कब्जा कर लिया था। राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी उसी दिन देश छोड़कर भाग गए। तालिबान अब मुल्ला अखुंद की अगुआई में अंतरिम सरकार का भी गठन कर चुका है।
